I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The error was specifically coming from the "dessant/lock-threads@v4" action in the ".github/workflows/lock-threads.yml" file.
The GitHub token used for authentication was either incorrect or did not have the necessary permissions. To resolve this issue, the GitHub token secret in the "github-token" field has been replaced with a different secret that has the necessary permissions.
